As the new talented SEO specialist / manager joining the team, you will team up with the other SEO Manager and other marketing roles and run daily SEO operations. You will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to improve our company’s and our content’s search rank for key terms, you will continuously analyze our website for improvements, understand & use SEO copywriting and serve as a liaison between various teams. This is a position for someone who wants to get their hands dirty, and is not afraid to join a fast-paced environment.

We Are Looking For:

Practical & proven experience in tackling challenging SEO topics.
Proficient in Ahrefs, GA, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, MOZ, SEMRush, software management.
Strong analytical skills, showing deep interest in SEO.
Comfortable and eager to work with other SEO managers in the marketing team.
Solving problems creatively, even if it means breaking the status quo.

Experience with working and optimizing WordPress sites is a plus

Area of ownership:

Responsible for traffic acquisition strategy (organic and direct)
Implement SEO recommendations on-site where applicable
Monitor the organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Develop and implement link building strategies
Report on: site audits, analyses and recommendations for user acquisition goals and search engine behavior
Identify SEO problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner , including opportunities to improve crawling & indexation

Optimize pages or OnPage factors to achieve optimal user experience
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Stay up to date in algorithm changes and with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms

Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on both old and newly developed code.


3+ / 5+ years experience running agile SEO projects, preferably within SaaS company
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
Practical knowledge of search ranking, optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
Proficient in Google Analytics web analytics and keyword tools.
Proficient in Ahrefs web analytics, MOZ, SEMRush and keyword tools.
Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
