The Business Support Systems (BSS) team’s charter is the backbone that supports JumpCloud's growth and creates a frictionless customer experience. We provide the tools and processes which enable exponential growth supporting internal customers across the organization and our massive community of external JumpCloud users. We need you to bring your abilities to listen empathically, communicate widely, define thoughtfully, build iteratively and lead boldly to help the BSS team build JumpCloud’s exciting future.
This is a fast-paced position, requiring attention to detail, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Work with the Marketing, Sales, Support, and core technology teams to gather and assist in defining their Business Support Systems (BSS) requirements
Translate business needs to system requirements with cross-functional development teams
Work with quality assurance to ensure development meets stakeholder requirements
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing
Create and maintain end to end training documentation
Research end user reported bugs and work with development to resolve issues
Your skills and qualifications:
2+ years as a Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, solution implementation, acceptance criteria definition
2+ years experience on Salesforce platform
Excellent verbal and written communication
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development
Hands-on experience as an Administrator with Salesforce
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Pardot, NetSuite or MuleSoft is a plus
