PolyAI is searching for a proactive and ambitious Sales Operations Manager (US) to join our growing US sales team.
As Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with our commercial teams, helping to enhance our sales process and operationalize our revenue strategy. You will work closely with our Sales Operations Lead, Chief Revenue Officer, and our growing sales and business development teams helping to manage and oversee our team's daily sales operations, ensuring that the US team is running smoothly and is set-up to succeed.
Co-own the tech-stack for the Sales and Business Development teams, most notably Salesforce, Outreach and Hubspot
Help operationalize our revenue strategy by supporting the strategic and day-to-day running of our sales motion
Manage data integrity and integrations between multiple tools
Help to identify gaps and bottlenecks in our process and identify opportunities for improvement
Help enhance analytics by supporting the build-out of key reports and dashboards
Partner with the marketing team to support execution of campaigns
Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support the roll-out of new initiatives and process changes
Support processing of the company’s commission payments
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement at a growing SaaS or tech company
Experience managing RevOps tools, most notably Salesforce, HubSpot & Outreach
Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
Capability to prioritize, manage and execute simultaneous projects
Extremely organized with fantastic attention to detail
Gravitas combined with exceptional and polished written and oral communication skills
