We're looking for several smart, self-motivated, problem-solving Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales team. This is a fast-moving, fun-loving, relaxed sales organization. We are hiring positive people who thoroughly enjoy the sales process, can think quickly and re-engage customers by educating them and moving them closer to the close of a deal.
The Sales Development team works a variety of different channels to include outbound and inbound calls and chat. This role focuses on creating sales opportunities by reaching out to our freemium users. The SDR position helps build a strong foundation of sales skills and product knowledge to prepare for upward mobility into additional closing roles within our sales department.
In this role you will…
Focus on high activity and maximizing daily outreach to potential customers.
Regularly contact our freemium users to educate them on the value of our higher tiered products.
Use strong influencing skills to set up qualified demos with current Mid-Market and Inside Sales Representatives.
Qualify inbound & chat leads and designate to the appropriate department based on company size and potential users.
Promoting products and services while delivering quality customer service.
Communicating with all levels of the organization including product and marketing to provide feedback on customer interactions.
