As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will be working on our paid performance marketing in SE’s and social networks. You will help set up new campaigns, keywords, and define a bidding strategy for paid search. That means working with Google AdWords and other keyword management tools to increase revenue for all our brands. It is your job to explore bid (ROAS), device & audience strategies that help us achieve our ambitious growth plans. Contribute to paid marketing Strategy to meet ambitious growth targets.

Set up, test, and profitably grow marketing Campaigns.

Set, report, and forecast main KPIs for paid marketing.

Ad-hoc analysis to drive further performance gains.

Broaden the reach of current campaigns by testing new markets and customer segments.

Plan, propose, and execute strategies for new opportunities, targeting, ad copy, and other elements of paid marketing.

Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and monitoring of assigned category campaigns to ensure performance against targets.

Conversion rate and revenue forecasts for bid optimization.

Work closely with demand, supply, and product stakeholders to drive success of campaigns.

Manage marketing category and event calendars for the respective channels.


Degree in business or analytical field.

1+ years ‘hands on’ working experience in managing Paid Search Campaigns (Adwords, AdsEditor, Bing Ads, Facebook and Google Analytics) and setting strategy to drive profitable growth.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions.

Self-starter, efficient time management and strong problem solving skills.

Results and performance focused.

Creative - constantly coming up with new ideas to explore and test.

Able to communicate and work in an English speaking environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Looker/Tableau, SuperMetrics and automation software.

Experience in implementing and working with different attribution models.

Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills, SQL knowledge.

Working knowledge of multiple languages.
