The Marketing Manager's mission is to build and deliver B2B campaigns and lead gen strategies for our fast-growing Sales organization. You will be responsible for building a pipeline and delivering measurable impact via repeatable lead-gen and channel marketing programs across our Enterprise, Partner, and Mid-Sized/SMB channels. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver new business opportunities at scale and drive product adoption.This is a dynamic, multi-functional role inside a fast-moving marketing organization, and an opportunity to strategize, build and grow a B2B marketing function within a company on the cutting edge of the industry.Every day, you’ll work with Marketing professionals and Sales teams to help companies bring Earned Wage Access to their employees so they can achieve financial stability. Your mission will be to find creative, effective ways across all channels to communicate the benefits of getting employees access to their pay before payday.The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, eager to build out lead generation strategies, and comfortable executing campaigns. This person is customer-first, both in a client-facing role and in a data-analytics role. You’re equally comfortable sitting with a client at dinner and walking them through retention metrics.You must be a well-rounded B2B marketer who can combine digital marketing, event marketing, promotional engagements, and social strategies. You must be results-oriented, with experience working within analytics platforms and towards challenging KPIs.This role allows for creativity in building the organization’s approach toward lead generation in an explosively fast-growing industry.
Open to Bay Area candidates as well as remote workers.

Areas of Responsibilities

Own, build and operate the Sales marketing programming focusing on repeatable lead-generation strategies that drive clear KPI results.
Create go-to-market strategies and digital media campaigns for brand marketing and lead generation initiatives
Act as a lead contributor to brand strategy spanning press releases, marketing collateral, and digital presence
Execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms, including social media and email, focusing on testing and conversion rate optimization
Own Payactiv presence at trade shows and marketing events for business partners
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Utilize a data-driven approach to build and manage departmental KPIs around new business
Utilize a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to run experiments and evaluate results
Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams including Sales and Account Management
Strategize around the creation of collateral for sales events, campaigns, and clients
Build out ABM strategies and campaigns to convert target businesses

Required Skills

5+ years experience in B2B lead-generation
Experience in managing event marketing
Strong understanding of tracking and results-oriented metrics including CPA, CPL, Conversion Rates, and ROI
Proficient in productivity platforms such as Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, Trello, and more
Proficient in marketing platforms such as Hubspot, MoEngage, Pendo, and more
Proficient in media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and Bing
Ability to work independently and work well with others across multi-functional teams
Flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
BS or BA degree preferred or equivalent experience
