How do Kaia apps work? Kaia uses a dynamic AI-powered algorithm. Our programs are based on multimodal rehabilitation, a holistic approach to managing chronic conditions. Our users have easy access via smartphone and tablet to our programs for back/hip/knee pain and COPD using this evidence-based approach.
We’re looking for a creative Marketing Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels. You will join our US marketing team and be responsible for strategically thinking through our communication campaigns and executing with great attention to detail in a way that aligns with our overall style guidelines and resonates emotionally with our customers. This is a great opportunity to take part in building and expanding our brand awareness to help people get to know Kaia throughout the US.
About the role
Innovate continually within our marketing team to build new or updated campaigns that engage our customers.
Communicate ideas and concepts clearly.
Review work in an objective manner and with the aid of analytics, and apply learnings to future work.
Work collaboratively with our marketing, product, content, and sales teams as well as other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize communication approaches.
Iterate and improve the design of our website and develop new components with our team while working on a clear design systemCreate communication materials for our client populations that engage new customers to try out KaiaPlan and design engaging content for our social media channels in various media formats
Develop or update brand identity, standards and brand management tools as needed.
Your Experience & SkillsA strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles.
Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related field.
5+ years of experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process focusing on online graphic design skills.
