Content Marketing is stepping up a gear at 10x Banking in APAC. We anticipate significant growth in this region, across a dynamic and fast evolving landscape in the financial services industry.

This newly created role for the region, reporting to the Marketing Director (based in the UK) and partnering with the Business Development team in APAC, is responsible for leading regional content marketing initiatives and shaping a localised narrative that promotes brand awareness and enhances prospecting/lead generation opportunities across multiple channels

You are an experienced creative and passionate storyteller that can produce content that breaks through noise and drives growth.

You have a high-level of creativity and energy, with the ability to inspire, engage and influence key target audiences. You will have a clear passion for transformation and leading-edge technology solutions, being inspired to change banking to deliver a better service that meets the needs of today's customers.

You relish opportunities to build footprints in new markets from scratch and are confident in working both autonomously and in collaboration with internal teams, including the central Marketing function, 10x Business Development and Product, and our partner organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the 10x Business Development and Marketing Team to develop and deliver an effective content strategy, aligned to our brand strategy which positions 10x as a leading voice across APAC.
Develop and manage a content calendar that highlights our regional key messages, creates a consistent flow of communications and addresses each of our target audience personas.
Supervise (internal/external) writers, editors, and content creators; be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style

Work with the Marketing team to develop SEM/SEO strategy that aligns to and exhibits the brand positioning and accelerates traffic to the 10x website.
Co-ordinate with a regional PR agency and align messaging to specific APAC territories.
Identify gaps and create/commission inspiring and engaging content, ensuring it is written to a high standard and incorporates input from key stakeholders across 10x. Ensure all content produced is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print.
Develop standards, systems and best practice (both staff and technology) in line with 10x central tools and Marketing policies for content creation, approval, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing.
Leverage market data and external content to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop assets that will engage our audiences.

Establish a workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.


A passion for storytelling in a B2B environment - preferably across South East Asia & sub-continent cultures and geographies
A combination of a marketing and publishing mindset, with the most important aspect being to think "customer first".
Proven editorial skills.
Outstanding command of the English language.
A good understanding of how to create content that draws in a key target audience.

Skilled at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content.
Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types.
Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within corporate and on-going programme campaigns.

Experience creating a resource or library of content within a corporate design language framework.
The energy, desire and capability to be part of a fast growth technology business developing enterprise grade software sales solutions for international and regional institutions and businesses.
