As an Account Manager, you will be essential in growing and retaining revenue from strategic customer relationships, and act as an amplifier to the sales team to optimize renewal revenue, cross-sell products and upsell activities within accounts. As a strategic partner and trusted content marketing advisor to enterprise named accounts, you will sell digital marketing solutions, alongside SaaS products and services in a consultative approach; while building and maintaining long term and profitable relationships. In this unique and exciting opportunity, you will be a central asset to the customers and help shape how their brands tell their story.

Your impact

Become a knowledge expert in Rock’s Content’s products and services and continually educate customers about them;
Develop, expand and grow new and existing relationships with enterprise customers within named accounts;
Learn about the customers’ business in-depth, help them identify business issues and turn them into opportunities;
Own up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing lines of business and identify and penetrate new lines of business;
Manage renewal cycles of customers along with associated renewal forecasting;
Create, manage and coordinate the customer account plan, including activities and deliverables for assigned accounts.

What we’re looking for

Account management experience with large accounts and a sales background;
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends, as well as experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
Highly collaborative, confident, organized, and self-motivated;
Adaptability and solid problem-solving skills;
Someone who loves learning, researching and knows when to ask for help;
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level, internal and external;
Willingness to travel within the US in the future to see customers and for conferences, 10-20% of the time at most;
SaaS or tech company experience is preferred;
Experience or knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
