JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a fast growing SaaS company in the learning category and we are looking to hire our first Director of Partner Sales, reporting to the VP of Sales. We have a strong partner ecosystem of content providers, ISVs and consulting organizations and are looking to build upon that to develop new opportunities and revenue streams.

As the Director of Partner Sales at Continu, you will:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Continu’s referral and strategic partnership program
Develop and execute on a partner pipeline and own the associated quarterly and yearly targets
Manage end to end partner relationships; work with and support partners in referring and reselling Continu’s products
Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
Work with our partners and internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, legal, product, and engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve results
Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management
Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
Enable partners through assets and relationship management
Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events
Be accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success KPIs, and retention and integration adoption
Take ownership for building the entire partnership function, including hiring a team and clearly communicating the value to other departments and leadership
Be willing to perform hands-on work while the team is growing

About you:

4+ years in a Sales or Channel, or Partnership focused role within a SaaS environment
2+ years direct experience in quota bearing role is strongly preferred
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
A technical inclination and ability to gain an in-depth understanding of software
A thirst for knowledge and growth in a dynamic, emerging company environment
