The Digital Marketing ManagerCoordinator is responsible for driving traffic to the business through the use of digital channels. This person must be comfortable with data to understand what is working and what is not, maximize channels that are efficient and discover optimization opportunities.

This person's main focus will be SEO and optimization of Google Business listings. This includes building listings, identifying trends and optimization opportunities, monitoring growth, alerting to issues, and being proactive with ideas that can improve traffic.

Secondary to SEO, this person will also work to expand traffic with targeted email campaigns and additional channels including SEM & Paid Social. This role gives this person wider exposure to different marketing channels, but also requires someone who is able to manage multiple projects at once. This person should be proactive, someone who can manage a to do list efficiently, and that knows when to pull in leadership for help.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading SEO strategy and implementation
Driving growth in traffic with SEO via testing and improvements
Identifying and proposing additional digital traffic opportunities & tests
Leading digital channel expansion to drive traffic (with leadership support)
Managing SEM and paid search campaigns, optimizations and identifying opportunities
Managing email campaigns for existing customers
Presenting new ideas, and improvement plans for us to continue to drive traffic growth

How We Know You Can Do It

2-3 years of experience & is eager to grow in marketing
Experience in SEO and specifically with Google Maps/Google Business (required)
Experience and/or familiarity with email marketing platforms (eg Iterable, Mailchimp, etc)
Experience in SEM and/or Certified in Google Ads (preferred)
Experience in Google Console & Google Analytics (preferred)
Experience in Facebook Ads & other social media platforms (preferred)
Comfortable with reading reports and identifying opportunities
Ability to track and measure SEO goals & tactics
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
Someone who can prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player with effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
