Ohalo was founded by a group of data professionals in 2017 on the basis that we would create order out of data chaos. Every day Global Enterprises are acquiring more and more data and understanding this data is critical to how these organisations operate. The product that Ohalo have developed - the Data X-Ray is a highly advanced tool that scans through 100,000s of words per second and is able to analyse data to classify and redact data at a scale not achievable by humans. Think saving millions on data monitoring, avoiding regulatory fine risks and being an asset to data privacy.


In this role, you will build out an automated lead generation engine from the ground up, expanding upon our current tech stack and building out the team over time. Specific responsibilities will include oversight of our advertising, SEM, SEO, website and other modern-day digital tactics while tracking and improving metrics along the way.

Build an automated digital marketing engine that leverages multi-channel initiatives to drive lead generation
Improve the operations of our marketing automation platform to better nurture leads, increase conversion and measure effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing colleagues to support the development and distribution of compelling content and creative digital assets
Support successful digital campaigns across email, social and web channels
Manage including conversion tactics and ongoing maintenance
Apply SEO strategies to increase the visibility of content
Enhance reporting capabilities to effectively measure performance, evaluate ROI and continually inspire us to improve
Work with our digital agency partner


5+ years of related experience in B2B demand generation & digital marketing
Expert at building, executing and measuring a multi-channel marketing automation engine
Strong proficiency in Hubspot
Advanced knowledge of digital trends and platforms across SEO, SEM, ABM, analytics and more
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Self-starter who can operate well in a collaborative team environment and adapt effectively to changing business priorities/strategies
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
