Knoema is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who is a self-starter, highly motivated, and adept at prioritizing competing responsibilities. This person helps the marketing department align with Sales to increase the output, speed, and impact of marketing campaigns by managing, integrating, and tracking the right processes, technology and data. The Demand Generation Manager will be the dedicated liaison between marketing and sales and will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of marketing data, and be involved in research, gathering data, and updating records, tools, and resources.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), CRM data & analysis, and dashboard creation and will be proficient using sales and marketing technology tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Clearbit, and Rollworks. The preferred candidate has 3-6 years of professional experience in a related role and is looking to make an impact on a growing team.
Maintain the hygiene of the full-funnel in Hubspot and Salesforce including Prospects, MQLs, SQLs, Demo Requests, and all data points around the lead lifecycle management
Manage the automation and integration between Hubspot and Salesforce
Launch and utilize Salesforce campaigns for deeper campaign tracking
Ensure data is clean and the source of truth within both Hubspot and Salesforce
Track key metrics around the pipeline, forecasting, revenue reporting, deal velocity, product/solution planning, and more for Sales and Marketing
Proactively research and identify process gaps and suggest scalable mitigation strategies
Market research for audience segmentation and competitive analysis and communicate to both marketing and sales where we need to focus
Execute sales and marketing engagement campaigns based on life stage/account stage/status i.e.
Create email nurture workflows in Hubspot to support sales campaigns
Ownership for all lead flow automation and metric tracking/visibility within salesforce from the following: web, partner registration, channel, evaluation/trial technologies.
Ownership of metric validation and lead automation with SDR team
3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing Demand Gen/ Operations demonstrating strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
Strong proficiency in CRM Software platforms (Hubspot and Salesforce), Excel/Spreadsheet, and Slides/Powerpoint and lead generation tools like Zoom info, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, etc.
Considers themselves a data whiz when it comes to tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
Thrives on reporting and creating dashboards in Hubspot and Salesforce
Has used ABM tools such as Rollworks
Strong understanding of sales cycles and strategy around shortening pipeline
Experience with market research and understanding of competitive landscapes
Experience running content nurture campaigns with marketing automation tools
Experience in outbound sales development
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic & exceptional attention to detail
Experience in a fast-paced, tech/SaaS industry
