RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for an experienced Content Writer to partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to shape great user experiences across our omni-channel communications and platforms for leads and existing customers. As a full-time writer in our Product team, you’ll play a vital role in influencing user experience, and evolving our brand, voice and tone, and content standards.
What you will do:
Create clear, consistent, and impactful copy for communications and platform experiences.
Work on localisation and translation
Work closely with our brand content writers to reflect our evolving brand in our product where appropriate
Improve the writing capabilities of our teams with processes, practices and education
Make data-informed decisions around messaging to deliver experiences for different markets
Collaborate with product managers, strategists, engineers, and researchers to ensure that copy is considered from the beginning and that stakeholders are engaged through its development
Work with technical, legal and compliance to understand any technical requirements or considerations that may affect content development
Maintain and document evolving content, brand, and voice/tone standards
Requirements
What we are looking for:
You are a fluent English speaker with exceptional copywriting skills.
You have an eye for human-centric design and writing best practices.
You have a curiosity for how things work and a desire to make them better.
You can develop copy in context and have experience of working within and influencing stakeholders.
You have worked with user researchers and/or have experience of incorporating research findings or customer data into your work.
You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
You have an advantage if you’ve managed content style guides and have worked with design systems.
You will shine in this role if you are/have:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience writing or editing content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Fluent in both English and either Indonesian, Malaysian, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese will have an advantage.
