You’ve got a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional work across social media, editorial, email, and digital advertising. This role reports into the Global Head of Content
Expectations for success
Work collaboratively with teams across the business (e.g., creative, growth, product marketing, social media, etc.) to execute campaigns across multiple channels
Develop original ideas for digital, social media, editorial, and video
Partner with content strategists on key strategic initiatives and deliverables
Understand the needs of key audience segments and execute on deliverables that strike a chord with our target audiences across multiple product lines
Contribute to the continuing evolution of our brand voice through tone and style guidelines
Effortlessly flex our voice and style for different audiences, channels, and stages in the buyer journey
Present concepts and work to stakeholders at all levels, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to finesse the final deliverables
Partner with channel owners (e.g., digital, social etc.) to test, iterate, and improve the impact of copy at Qualtrics
Interpret and translate comlex, technical briefs to deliver clear, compelling, and simple content that’s accessible to our wide target audience
Qualifications & Requirements
4+ years experience as an agency or in-house copywriter or content specialist
Exceptional writing and editing skills
A wide-ranging portfolio that demonstrates a high standard of execution across display advertising, organic and paid social, email marketing, and editorial content
You’re a strategic thinker who can pair strategy and execution, applying best practice to a variety of digital channels
Ability to independently manage project timelines and to own projects from brief to on-time delivery
A keen understanding of the interplay between design and copy in the delivery of a successful finished product
