HALO is looking for a Collections Representative to join our high-growth company. Over the last few years we have grown exponentially to $765M. Collect on assigned invoices and reconcile customer accounts
Extensive telephone/e-mail contact with customers regarding past-due invoices
Determine write-offs (month end and small amount)
Make recommendations to Supervisor for collection of past due accounts
Correspond with assigned Account Executives
Work with Customer and AE on monthly statement review
Email reprinted and adjusted invoices as needed
Enter notes in system on all invoices where appropriate
Provide backup to other Collections Representatives and Client Forms as needed
Research returned mail and bank correspondence (i.e., short- & over-payments)

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree and 1-3 years office experience including collections/accounting and customer service preferred
Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
Above average 10-key speed and accuracy
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office applications; specifically Excel
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and project a positive and professional attitude
Effective oral/written communication skills, time management, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and problem solving skills are essential
To be a flexible, team player, available to work overtime when required, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
