As a Business Development Manager your mission will be customer acquisition and developing sales in LATAM. This is a quota-carrying position with the opportunity to work with high-level brands and provide them with best-in-class marketing automation software.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Actively building the sales pipeline for LATAM market
Overall responsibility for managing the sales leads and executing against a monthly / annual quota
Interacting with GetResponse MAX prospects at all levels of lifecycle (prospecting, product presentations, building value proposition, handover to customer success reps)
Close collaboration with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Team members
Working on a daily basis with the cutting-edge sales stack (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PandaDoc,, Jira, Slack, etc.)
Constantly developing your knowledge on digital marketing, e-commerce and key market trends to evangelize and educate your prospects

Here’s what we expect from candidates:

English fluency (B1/B2)
At least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience (B2B sales or technology sales experience will be a plus)
First-hand knowledge and experience in LATAM market
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with technical, marketing and customer success teams
Proven verbal and written skills to effectively translate GetResponse’s USPs into Customer benefits
Self-drive to achieve great results and crush the expectations
