You will be reporting to and working closely with the BD Director to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through direct outreach channels. Your focus will be acquiring and nurturing larger Startups (Series B+) SQLs for the Sales team, and providing coaching / mentorship to the BD team.
What will you be doing?Generate Startups (Series B+) SQLs for the Sales team through direct outreach (networking, email, linkedin, social media, cold-calling, etc.)Ensure high quality leads generationLead a team of 3-5 BD ManagersIdentify new opportunities for growthEnsure all BD teams’ records are well maintained in CRMFeedback learnings to leadership / product teams
5 to 8 years of experience in banking / fintech / E-Commerce / SaaS sales

Keen interest in Payments and Finance
Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory
