JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to help grow and develop the affiliate channel for Insurance at NerdWallet. You will be responsible for sourcing, launching, and leading direct affiliate advertising relationships and channels from A to Z while being responsible for the P&L. You are passionate about using data to grow affiliate campaigns and comfortable negotiating strong partner terms and optimizing affiliate platforms. Being familiar with major affiliate marketing platforms, publishers, and critical metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, etc) is your bread and butter. Finally, you have excellent communication skills with both internal and external partners. The Insurance team at NerdWallet is growing rapidly, and we are looking for someone looking to help us reach the next level!

Your experience:

Currently working within the affiliate marketing industry, with at least 3-5 years of experience, preferably within FinTech and Insurance-Tech.
Managed 7 figure monthly affiliate budgets with a positive return on investment.
Expert in identifying quality affiliate partnerships, launching, and leading campaigns.
Experience with PPC ad platforms preferred.
Familiar with major affiliate marketing platforms such as Hasoffers.
Consistent track record of working on cross-functional teams.
