The Agricultural Supply Chain Administrative Assistant will execute Business Operations Supply Chain support tasks including but not limited to EHS, inventory control, HR and other general administrative. We seek an experienced professional who will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative operational duties with limited supervision. This role will provide an opportunity to partner with operations in standing up a new administrative function in Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain North America


Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
Collect and organize documentation and data to facilitate moderately complex data entry into supply chain key systems.
Provide assistance and training coworkers.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Recognize, suggest, and drive process efficiencies by standardizing, creating common processes, institutionalizing knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement.


High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience
One year of experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.).
One year of experience with ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Lynx, Agrosoft)
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed in executing work


Minimum of one year of experience with SAP.
Minimum of one year with administrative support tasks, accounting, production reporting, etc.
Working experience in a supply chain business (i.e. operations, inventory control, EHS, finance).
