OFX is looking for an Alliance Account Manager in Singapore to support continued growth in the region. You will work closely with the Alliance and Partnerships team to help drive new business in assigned territory. contacting, quantifying, enriching and nurturing an existing corporate lead base.
What you will be doing:
Manage new and existing relationships for the Singapore business by exposing partnership portfolio opportunities, pursuing new leads and fostering business relationships with strategic segments.
Maintain strong pre-sales activities and adhere to internal sales process.
Actively engage and lead prospects through the pipeline, demonstrating how OFX can extend the partner’s business and provide incremental value to its clients.
Define strategies to grow partners and end clients to mature revenue generating accounts.
Manage data for existing, new and prospective clients in Salesforce, tracking and recording activity.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to execute on growth strategies such as re-engagement, marketing and communication campaigns.
Support management and strategic initiatives which will enable the Asia team to deliver on market expansion and revenue targets.
3-4 years of customer-facing, phone-based experience
Ability to identify customer needs
Ability to navigate challenging customer interactions
Salesforce experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
