As an Account Executive you are responsible for working alongside Senior Account Managers to develop and grow newer and less engaged mid-sized Accounting Partners. You will use your natural curiosity to understand the needs of Partners, helping them to understand Xero, our Partner Programme and how they can best get started. You will advise Partners on moving clients to Xero and develop small Project Plans to drive accelerated adoption. You will work closely with the Senior Account Managers in your team, making introductions and booking meetings where more in-depth or strategic conversations are required.

Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously

Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships

Demonstrable previous sales performance
Experience with applications software, including CRM skills
